THREE Workshops: The Open Heart, The Divine Feminine, and The Sacred Masculine. (3 hours each)Starting with yoga poses that bring us deeper into our breath and bodies, and then moving into art, you'll explore the feminine and masculine energies that exist within and around you. You'll experience how they come together to create union, harmony, and learn how to bring about polarity in your partnerships.
